Binh Luc District Labor Federation summarizes union activities for the 2024-2025 school year

The District Labor Federation is managing 59 grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) under theeducation sector with a total of 1,883 cadres and union members. With the attention, leadership, direction and facilitation of the school Party Committees, the trade union activities in the 2024-2025 school year in the district have achieved comprehensive results in all aspects of work. The trade union has actively coordinated with the authorities at the same level to seriously implement the school year's task plan, gradually innovate, proactively direct and effectively organize activities, contributing to the overall achievements of the school. At the same time, it continues to perform well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests and taking care of the lives of cadres, teachers and workers. Basic policies and regimes have been fully and promptly implemented. Emulation movements have been vigorously deployed, contributing to the completion of professional targets and tasks.

During the school year, the union participated in the council to consider regular salary increases, seniority allowances beyond the framework, and seniority allowances for 918 comrades; coordinated with the school to give more than 1,500 gifts to union members on Tet holiday; visited 473 union members and their families when they were sick, mourning, or happy with a total amount of more than 150 million VND. The whole district has 113 teachers recognized as excellent teachers at the district level; 25 teachers recognized as excellent teachers at the provincial level.

At the conference, 1 collective received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 2 collectives and individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Federation of Labor; The District Federation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 66 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements and trade union activities in the 2024-2025 school year.

Regarding trade union activities in the first 6 months of 2025, Binh Luc district also achieved many important results. Taking advantage of all resources, on the occasion of Lunar New Year and Workers' Month, the District Labor Federation presented 850 gifts to union members in difficulty with a total cost of more than 580 million VND; the grassroots trade unions presented gifts to more than 9,000 union members. In addition, urging and guiding grassroots trade unions to coordinate in implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, organizing conferences of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers. The whole district has 22 collective labor agreements signed, of which 4 agreements were newly signed.

The District Labor Federation has instructed grassroots unions of administrative agencies and public service units receiving 100% of the State budget salary to prepare documents for handover before the end of operation; instructed grassroots unions of enterprises and public service units not subject to the end of operation to complete documents for handover to the Provincial Labor Federation for management.
