Provincial Labor Federation visited and gave gifts to workers affected by storm No. 10

In order to promptly encourage and share difficulties with union members and workers affected by storm No. 10, on the afternoon of October 23, the Provincial Labor Federation organized a working delegation to visit and give gifts to workers of Viet Power Company Limited, Hai Tien Commune, Ninh Binh Province.

Comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and leaders of Viet Power Company Limited presented gifts to union members and workers.

Attending the gift giving ceremony were comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.

At the program, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Hai Long presented 43 gifts worth 86 million VND to union members and workers affected by the storm; sent condolences, shared, and encouraged workers to quickly overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and work with peace of mind. He affirmed that the Trade Union always accompanies and is a reliable support for workers, promptly cares for and protects their rights, and contributes to helping them overcome difficulties and stay with the enterprise.

Accordingly, to support union members and workers affected by storm No. 10, the VietPower Company Limited's grassroots union has organized a review and made a list of union members and workers who suffered heavy losses, and at the same time launched and raised nearly 90 million VND, coordinating with the Company to visit, encourage and support union members and workers affected.

Comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and leaders of VietPower Company Limited visited and encouraged workers working at the Company.

These are activities with practical meaning, demonstrating the affection, responsibility and care of the Trade Union organization towards the workers, contributing to strengthening solidarity, creating motivation for union members and workers to feel secure in their work, and to have a long-term attachment to the Trade Union organization and the Company.
