On the morning of October 23, the Nam Dinh Association of People with Disabilities held a discussion on “Overcoming barriers, reaching for the future”. Attending the discussion were members of the Disabled Women’s Club and the Nam Dinh Disabled Youth Club.

In recent times, the Association of People with Disabilities, the Disabled Women's Club and the Nam Dinh Disabled Youth Club have increased propaganda and dissemination of legal policies related to the rights and interests of youth, women and people with disabilities; coordinated to establish and launch models to gather and attract a large number of disabled youth and women to participate; promoted activities to support livelihoods and life such as: starting a business, learning a trade, creating jobs, visiting and encouraging disabled youth and women in especially difficult circumstances...

At the seminar, delegates and members of the Disabled Youth and Women Club shared, discussed, and found solutions to overcome difficulties, arouse will, and add strength to overcome circumstances and barriers; promote abilities, intelligence, and confidently affirm self-worth to take control of their lives and create good values ​​for the community. At the same time, they proposed specific, practical, and effective recommendations to contribute to creating a favorable environment and continue to support disabled youth and women in the future.

Through the discussion, members were inspired, motivated, and empowered to help young people and women with disabilities to constantly strive to improve their lives, contributing to the goal of improving the quality of life, ensuring the legitimate rights of people with disabilities, and creating conditions for people with disabilities to participate equally in social activities./.
