Meeting and launching of the Vietnam Writers Association of Ninh Binh province

On October 23, at the headquarters of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, the Vietnam Writers Association of Ninh Binh province held a meeting and launched the Association.

Leaders of the Vietnam Writers Association presented the decision to establish the Vietnam Writers Association in Ninh Binh province.

Attending the event were Poet Nguyen Quang Thieu, member of the Executive Committee of the Central Fatherland Front and Central Unions, Chairman of the Vietnam Writers Association; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Commission; leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports ; and leaders of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association.

Poet Nguyen Quang Thieu, member of the Executive Committee of the Central Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, Chairman of the Vietnam Writers Association spoke at the conference.

The Vietnam Writers Association of Ninh Binh province has 18 members, including authors in the fields of poetry, prose, and critical theory from the three merged provinces of Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, and Ha Nam (old). These are all authors who have had many creative contributions to the common activities of the Literature and Arts Associations of the three provinces (old) and the Vietnam Writers Association.

Leaders of Ninh Binh Province Literature and Arts Association presented flowers to congratulate the Association.

At the meeting, representatives of the Vietnam Writers Association announced the decision to establish the Vietnam Writers Association of Ninh Binh province; appointed the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Executive Committee of the Vietnam Writers Association of Ninh Binh province as temporary members. Poet Binh Nguyen, Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, was appointed to hold the position of temporary Chairman of the Vietnam Writers Association of Ninh Binh province.
