Holes on the surface of Lo Te - Rach Soi highway

The investment project to upgrade the road surface of the Lo Te - Rach Soi Expressway (connecting Kien Giang province and Can Tho city) was approved by the Ministry of Transport in 2022, but after 1.5 years, the project investor, My Thuan Project Management Board, has yet to start construction. Meanwhile, this expressway is increasingly degraded, the road surface is full of potholes; many problems have arisen and have not been resolved, increasing the risk of accidents.
