The logo is designed from the stylized number 70 with the reversed language from two strokes expressing the idea of the arduous process of overcoming all difficulties and the determination of our army and people that created the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

In the stroke, the number 70 is colored in multiple directions to create a magical, shimmering visual feeling, expressing the joyful spirit of the victory of the whole nation. The background of the number 0 is the image of the victory of the Dien Bien soldiers.

The entire text is in blue, representing peace and the idea of praising the victory of the heroic Vietnam People's Army and typical of the Northwest mountains and forests.

The logo is officially used in propaganda activities celebrating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory from the date this Decision is issued.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism recommends that organizations and individuals use this logo according to the design specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
