No matter what era, no matter how much technology is available, no machine can replace the teacher - the "sower" with all their devotion and love.

NO ROBOT CAN REPLACE THE KINDERGARTEN TEACHER'S ARMS
As society becomes more modern, no matter how advanced technology is, machines can only support preschool teachers in caring for, nurturing, and educating children better, but cannot replace teachers. For example, thanks to software that calculates portions and nutrition, children will receive better meal care. Thanks to the data management system, children's records are managed and secured, reducing the time for teachers to do paperwork... But there will be no robot that reads poems, tells stories to children warmly in the voice of a teacher, no robot that hugs children safely, lovingly like a teacher's arms; there is no artificial intelligence (AI) that teaches children to speak, to love, to live compassionately like teachers who love children like their own relatives.

AI TEACHES US HOW TO LEARN, HUMAN LOVE TEACHES US HOW TO LIVE
True education is when, even in the midst of hardship, in night classes, or in remote villages, with unstable internet signals or children unfamiliar with smartphones, with just a pen, a notebook and a dedicated teacher, children can step out into the world .
I don't think that to be successful in the AI era, every teacher or every education company needs the most complex applications and software. But there is one thing that is always needed, in every era, which is the heart of the teacher who is constantly thinking and moved. In a world where machines can do many things, from writing, composing poems, grading, what always makes teachers proud is each message from students saying "teacher, I passed the university entrance exam", "teacher, I have the job of my dreams"... AI can teach us how to learn, but only human love can teach us how to live.

EVERY TEACHER IS A MIRROR
Recently, somewhere, there are still some sad stories in education when the phrase "respecting teachers and valuing education" is not fulfilled, and some teachers, because of work pressure and life pressure, have not been as exemplary as expected. But I think these things cannot obscure the picture with many good things about education.
Teachers are not only the ones who impart knowledge but also the role models of personality and morality, the torch that lights the path for generations of students. If children are nurtured, educated, and guided with both firmness and gentleness, love and strictness, in the family, school, and society, no matter how much technology develops, they will still be moral people.
This further motivates me and the team of teachers to always set a good example in personality, standards in behavior, speech, and style, so that every day we teach students, and also improve ourselves.

TEACHERS MUST BE LIFE-LIFTING LEARNERS
I have always believed that the new generation of teachers must be lifelong learners and play a role in inspiring lifelong learning. Every classroom must be like a creative workshop where students can try, make mistakes, laugh and grow with knowledge.
Education is not only about imparting knowledge but also about giving life to learning, so that each person always feels alive, developing and seen.

UNDERSTANDING - AN INDISPENSABLE THING IN THE CLASSROOM
AI can answer questions, provide information instantly, process data at lightning speed, and help students find answers without judgment or evaluation. However, no matter how advanced technology becomes, empathy remains important. Especially in the educational environment, the emotional element and the connection between teachers and students have a strong impact on the comprehensive development of students.

PARENTS ARE THE FIRST TEACHERS
Each question and statement of a child is often not simply a random sentence. A teacher who is devoted to his students will know how to observe and listen to them, and with the sensitivity of a teacher, can understand whether the child is sad or happy, worried or insecure about something... From there, the teacher can help the child a lot. That is what makes a teacher different from a machine or an AI.
I also hope that every parent - the first teachers of children, do not be indifferent, apathetic, or take lightly what their children want to say. Listening to children with your heart, talking to them with respect, that is also a way to nurture curiosity, love of learning, and intelligence in children.
