The Business Registration and Corporate Finance Department - Hanoi Department of Finance recently announced the dissolution of An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.

This company is headquartered in An Khanh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi. The legal representative of the Company Eating with Mrs. Tuyet is Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong.

Referring to the reason for dissolution, the announcement said that "after a period of operation, the company could not find a market, and business operations encountered many difficulties. The company no longer needed to operate its business."

The new business registration agency will update the legal status of the enterprise this June. Meanwhile, the company Eating with Mrs. Tuyet has been in the process of dissolving since January this year.

On January 16, Eating with Mrs. Tuyet Company held a general meeting of shareholders and then decided to dissolve based on the consensus of 4 shareholders: Nguyen Minh Truong (330,000 shares), Pham Hai Duong (30,000 shares), Do Thanh Nho (15,000 shares), Le Hoang Vu Long (125,000 shares).

Previously, Eating with Mrs. Tuyet Company was established in May 2023 with the main business being food wholesale.

This enterprise has an initial charter capital of 2 billion VND, in which the founding shareholders include: Pham Hai Duong (7.5%), Nguyen Minh Truong (85%), Do Thanh Nho (7.5%). In which Mr. Truong is the director and legal representative. By October 2023, this enterprise increased its charter capital from 2 billion VND to 5 billion VND.

Before its dissolution, the company An Cung Ba Tuyet was known as the operator of the TikTok channel "An Cung Ba Tuyet". The main character of the channel is Ms. Do Thi Tuyet, often affectionately called "Ba Tuyet" - an elderly woman who impressed with her friendly and simple speaking style in cooking, eating and livestream sales videos .

Recently, on June 17, Ms. Do Thi Tuyet - representative of the TikTok channel "Eat with Mrs. Tuyet" - also posted a video on the TikTok channel with millions of followers, speaking up to clarify the recent suspicion of locking shopping carts.

Accordingly, Ms. Tuyet explained that this account with 2.7 million followers had its shopping cart locked since 2023, so it stopped selling. After that, all products were transferred to another account for business. She affirmed that she still livestreams every day and sells normally.

Nguyen Minh Truong - legal representative of the Company Eating with Mrs. Tuyet, is also Mrs. Tuyet's son. Although the company has been dissolved, Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong's individual business is still operating normally.
