Power outage for many days, Director of Ha Long Electricity was temporarily suspended from his position

Many electric poles in Quang Ninh fell after storm No. 3 made landfall.

In the decision, Director of Ha Long City Electricity Nguyen Dai Cuong was temporarily suspended from his position from 6:00 p.m. on September 9 until a replacement decision is made.

Mr. Cuong still needs to be present at Ha Long Power Company to restore the power grid after storm No. 3 and to carry out the production and business activities of the power company.

Previously, on September 7, Typhoon No. 3 Yagi made landfall in Quang Ninh, causing serious damage to the power grid. A series of power poles were broken, blocking roads, causing traffic congestion. Many households, production facilities and businesses were left without power for a long time.
