Michelin Guide officially announced the list of selected dining establishments of Michelin Guide Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang 2025 on the evening of June 5 in Da Nang. The program gathered more than 300 guests including culinary experts, famous chefs in the region, representatives of domestic and international partners and media.

This year, there are 9 restaurants with one Michelin Star, 2 Michelin Green Stars, 63 dining establishments with Bib Gourmand award (restaurants with good food and affordable prices) and 109 dining establishments with Michelin Selected standard (restaurants recommended by Michelin).
CieL Restaurant (HCMC) received a Michelin Star the first time it was shortlisted and Coco Dining (HCMC) was upgraded to a Michelin Star.
Other Michelin one-star restaurants include: Gia, Hibana by Koki, Tam Vi ( Hanoi ); Long Trieu, Anan Saigon, Akuna (HCMC), and La Maison 1888 (Da Nang).
The third time Michelin announced in Vietnam, it is also the third time two restaurants Ngon Garden and Quan An Ngon are on the Michelin Selected list.

Among the new establishments added to the Michelin Guide list, there are 10 establishments from Hanoi (5 Bib Gourmand, 5 Michelin Selected and 1 Michelin Green Star), 7 establishments from Ho Chi Minh City (1 restaurant with 1 Michelin Star and 6 Michelin Selected), 7 establishments from Da Nang (4 Bib Gourmand and 3 Michelin Selected).
Additionally, a restaurant in Hanoi has also been honored with the new Michelin Green Star award, recognizing notable efforts in sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.

The Young Chef of the Year award was given to chef Le Viet Hong from the newest Michelin-starred restaurant CieL in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Michelin Guide Sommelier Award goes to Paul Vo from Nephele, Ho Chi Minh City, a restaurant that is on the Michelin Selected list for the first time.
The Dedication Award was given to Mr. Nha Huynh from Man Moi, a Bib Gourmand-winning restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City.
