According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, it is forecasted that from now until the end of the year, 5-7 storms and tropical depressions may appear in the East Sea, of which half of the storms and tropical depressions will affect the Vietnamese mainland. Accordingly, storms or tropical depressions from now until the end of the year will often affect the region from the Central region to the South.

This year, cold air is forecast to come early. When storms and cold air interact with the terrain, it is likely to create dangerous weather patterns, which are very complicated floods in the Central region.

Basically, rivers and streams in the Central region will be at alert level 2 - alert level 3, some places above alert level 3.
