MISA appoints Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy as Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors

On November 1, 2024, the Board of Directors (BOD) of MISA Joint Stock Company approved the decision and officially appointed Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy (General Director) as Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the 2024 - 2028 term.

MISA Board of Directors presented the appointment decision and flowers to congratulate the new Vice Chairwoman of MISA Board of Directors, Dinh Thi Thuy.

New Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors Dinh Thi Thuy was born in 1976, graduated from the Academy of Finance. She has spent 26 years working and growing up at MISA and held many important positions in the company. In 1998, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy officially joined MISA as an Accountant and professional consultant for the software development team, then successively held the positions of Head of Finance - Accounting and Head of Consulting Department. In 2004, she officially took on the position of Head of Sales Department - this was a turning point, helping to affirm her strengths and remarkable maturity. Following that was her advancement in the roles of Director of MISA Hanoi Office, Deputy General Director, Permanent Deputy General Director and was officially appointed to the position of General Director in May 2016.

In each position, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy has left a strong impression and is considered one of the most influential "female generals" in the Vietnamese technology industry. During her two terms as General Director of MISA, she has led the company to continuous growth and for many consecutive years has been in the Top 5 information technology enterprises in Vietnam. Her determination in directing and operating has helped MISA staff imbued with the spirit of customer service, contributing to the growth of MISA's customer base from more than 100,000 units to 350,000 units by 2024.

In addition, she and the Board of Directors have developed the team from 1,200 employees since 2016 to nearly 3,000 employees by the end of 2024. MISA's Offices and Centers have also grown in both scale and production and business results. Professionalism, discipline, and compliance with processes and regulations at MISA are becoming increasingly evident. MISA meets business culture standards and is in the Top 10 best workplaces in Vietnam in the Technology field. MISA's brand and position have been enhanced on the map of Vietnam and have made their first impressions in the international arena.
