With the spirit of "information must be transparent", MobiFone quickly deployed forces and vehicles to key locations to ensure communication to serve the direction and operation of natural disaster prevention and the urgent connection needs of the people.

MobiFone has strengthened coordination and continuously updated the situation from the locality, at the same time mobilized additional human resources, equipment and vehicles to areas heavily affected by floods. On the night of November 19, rescue teams from MobiFone Central Network Center were deployed to provide emergency support to Binh Dinh Telecommunications Station, quickly arriving at the area to coordinate with local authorities to handle the incident.

In Gia Lai (formerly Binh Dinh) and Dak Lak (formerly Phu Yen ), prolonged heavy rains caused floodwaters to rise, cutting off many roads, making it difficult to access the stations. Many locations have rugged terrain and strong currents, making it difficult to refuel the stations. In complex weather conditions, MobiFone engineers still strive to stay in the area, using all measures to stabilize the operations of the remaining stations, ensuring communication coverage for rescue work.

For isolated stations that play a particularly important role in network safety and security, MobiFone has worked closely with local police forces to develop a safe approach as soon as possible to restore information in the fastest time.

Not only focusing on technical work, MobiFone also deployed support activities for customers affected by natural disasters. In order to share difficulties and help people maintain connections in times of emergency, MobiFone donated 30,000 VND to KM3T account, used for domestic and international calls and texting services for 03 days. The program also applies to customers roaming in areas where the service is available, contributing to ensuring that everyone can stay in touch with family and authorities when necessary.

Currently, the entire MobiFone system is maintaining 24/7 on-call mode, mobilizing maximum human resources and equipment, ready to respond to any arising situations. MobiFone is committed to accompanying the government and the community, ensuring smooth and safe communication, contributing to effectively supporting disaster prevention work in the Central region.
