Timeline for registering for university admission in 2023

According to Official Dispatch 1919/BGDĐT-GDĐH in 2023, the time frame for registration and processing of admission wishes to universities and colleges in the field of Preschool Education is as follows:

* From July 10 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2023 , candidates have the right to register, adjust and add admission wishes (NVXT) an unlimited number of times:

- Candidates use the granted account to process information (enter, edit, view) their information on the System;

- NVXT registration for groups of majors, majors or training programs must be done online on the System or on the National Public Service Portal (Instructions are posted on the System or the National Public Service Portal);

- The wishes of candidates registering for admission to CSDT are ranked from 1 to the end (wish 1 is the highest wish). Candidates choose the basis for admission, including the following information:

+ Order of wishes;

+ School code, School name;

+ Industry group, major or program code;

+ Name of industry group, industry or program;

+ The basis for admission consideration for registered wishes must be consistent with the requirements and conditions of the CSDT (High school graduation exam results, High school study results, Independent exam results, Capacity assessment results, Thinking assessment results, Other results...).

+ All NVXT of candidates entering training institutions (CSDT) are processed on the System and each candidate is only admitted to the highest wish among the registered wishes when ensuring the admission conditions;

+ Candidates who have completed the application for CSDT according to the CSDT's early admission plan, if eligible for admission, must continue to register for NVXT on the System to be considered for admission according to regulations.

* From July 31 to 5:00 p.m. August 6, 2023 :

- Candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of NVXT online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training;

- Candidates who are eligible for regional and target priority policies must coordinate with reception points to review regional information (Appendix VI) and the candidate's target priority (if any).

Candidates must carefully study the instruction documents and must complete the entire registration process correctly and completely. Candidates who are unclear about the declaration and payment of admission fees can contact the staff at the reception points or the CSĐT staff on duty at the admission support phone numbers for guidance.

Time to confirm admission for candidates admitted to university in 2023

Time to confirm admission for candidates admitted to university in 2023 according to Official Dispatch 1919/BGDĐT-GDĐH in 2023 is as follows:

- For admitted candidates who are eligible for direct admission according to the Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, from July 5, 2023 to 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2023 , candidates can confirm their admission on the System (candidates who have confirmed their admission will not be allowed to register for the next NVXT, except in cases where the Principal/Director of CSDT allows them not to enroll).

In case of not yet determined admission, candidates can continue to register for NVXT on the System or National Public Service Portal like other candidates for CSĐT to consider admission. If admitted, candidates will confirm admission according to the general schedule.

- Before 5:00 p.m. on September 6, 2023 , all admitted candidates must complete the first round of online admission confirmation on the System.
