Sending his warmest regards and best wishes to the people, the Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated the proud achievements in socio -economic development, new rural construction, civilized lifestyle, and cultural families of the Party committees at all levels, the government, and all the people of Ha Trieu village.

Results from the cooperation of each citizen

The Deputy Prime Minister shared his joy when witnessing the land that had suffered from bombs and bullets, where people always had to endure the harshness of nature, "blocking storms in the morning and blocking the sun and fire in the afternoon", there were green - clean - beautiful roads and alleys, spacious and modern houses, especially the eyes, smiles, radiance, joy and excitement on the faces of the people.

This year, the average income of each person in Ha Trieu village has reached nearly 60 million VND/year, with only 3 poor households and 8 near-poor households remaining, while the number of well-off and rich households has increased by 15% compared to 2022. The implementation of cultural lifestyles in weddings, funerals and festivals has become routine. Cultural activities and festival organization have been responded to and participated by the people. The whole village has 217/251 households achieving the title of "Cultural Family" (accounting for 86%).

"These statistics seem dry but they vividly demonstrate the 'change of skin and flesh' that is happening every day in our homeland," said the Deputy Prime Minister.

Recognizing typical examples in economic development, legitimate enrichment, donating land, houses, contributing money, working days to build new rural projects, actively participating in movements to protect security and order, culture, and arts in the area... The Deputy Prime Minister also emphasized, "this is the result of the joint efforts of each Ha Trieu resident and the hearts of those far from home who always turn to their roots for the goal of making villages and alleys more beautiful, the environment clean, safe, peaceful, and happy".

What is even more precious is that when material and spiritual life is improved a lot, living facilities are more and more modern, people still maintain the neighborly spirit, "help each other in times of need", share joys, sorrows and share difficulties in daily life, as well as the noble gesture of people together building houses for 3 poor households.

"Every child of Khanh Vinh Yen in general and Ha Trieu in particular has the right to be proud of the heroic tradition of their homeland yesterday and the comprehensive economic, cultural and social development of their homeland today," the Deputy Prime Minister affirmed.

These are also solid foundations for belief, with the tradition of studiousness, hard-working, patient and hardworking people, always standing shoulder to shoulder to overcome many natural disasters and enemies, Ha Trieu village, Khanh Vinh Yen commune will continue to develop faster and more firmly in the future.

The Deputy Prime Minister also acknowledged and commended the comprehensive results achieved by the Party Committee, government and people of Can Loc district and Ha Tinh province through the campaigns and movements "Day for the poor", "All people unite to build a cultural life", "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"..., thereby encouraging people to actively participate in building good economic models, voluntarily donating land and property to build infrastructure to expand inter-village and inter-commune roads, build public welfare works and protect the environment.

Up to now, Ha Tinh province has had 179/181 communes meeting new rural standards (accounting for nearly 99% of the total number of communes), of which 58 communes have met advanced new rural standards; 12 communes have met model new rural standards.

Promote democracy, listen to people's opinions, thoughts and aspirations

Talking to the people, the Deputy Prime Minister stated that the Party, the State and the entire people are striving to build a society with rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization; owned by the people; where people have a prosperous, free and happy life, with conditions for comprehensive development. All policies aim at the highest goal, which is the happiness of the people.

The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, the Fatherland Front and authorities at all levels need to continue to promote the effectiveness of patriotic emulation campaigns and movements.

Pay attention to and promote the role of the village and hamlet Front working committee; promptly encourage and motivate advanced models, outstanding collectives and individuals to create new momentum for emulation.

Promote democracy, listen to people's opinions, thoughts and aspirations, care for the activities of the Front, Front cadres and the people. In particular, it is necessary to promote the consultative role of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations in implementing campaigns and patriotic emulation movements.

Party committees and authorities at all levels continue to take many specific and practical actions and deeds to care for the material and spiritual lives of the people.

Besides, each village and hamlet needs to promote its core role in building solidarity, building a cultural lifestyle, and effectively implementing the policies and laws of the Party and State.
