This is the first year Decision Lab has published the 2023 Travel Brand Ranking. The ranking was conducted from May 24, 2022 to May 23, 2023, compared to the same period last year. Brands were ranked based on the “positive consideration” index. With this index, survey participants were asked: “The next time you buy travel products or airline tickets, which brands will you consider?”.
Leading the 10 travel brands that Vietnamese people consider choosing the most are airlines, travel companies and Online Travel Agencies. This shows that these are the top factors that Vietnamese people care about when planning their travel and tourism. The presence of MoMoTravel in this ranking not only shows that the development speed of super apps in Vietnam is increasing rapidly, but also reflects the shift in the habit of booking air tickets, trains and travel products of Vietnamese people.
