In early 2023, iClean Japan Co., Ltd. cooperated with the Institute of Technology and Health to transfer technology, sponsor items, train personnel... with the aim of raising awareness and living services for users in Vietnam, where the quality of life is significantly different from that of Japanese people.

Accordingly, the Institute of Technology and Health has established Plan No. 10/KH/VCNSK and assigned this task to the iClean Center for Regenerative Medicine to implement. Since early May 2023, iClean Regenerative Medicine Center has continued to implement a survey program to evaluate and advise on water use in rural areas of districts in Thua Thien Hue . The program has received approval from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Science and Technology and People's Committees at all levels, as well as positive feedback from thousands of households in Hue.

In addition, the program will also provide free upgrade from RO water purifier to alkaline water with PH from 9.5-10.0 (for households that already have a water purifier), to avoid people having to drink acidic water from RO machines (PH 5.0-6.0), which is a disadvantage that most RO water purifiers will reveal after a period of use. For households that wish to upgrade their water source from domestic water standards to drinking water standards, the program will support the installation of a pure water filtration system with the function of heating water to 95 degrees Celsius, worth 7,990,000 VND and can be paid in installments with 0% interest rate for 11 months, only need to pay 990 thousand VND for the first installment to have a machine to use.
