Mong Cai 3: Deploying site protection for infrastructure project construction to serve business relocation

On November 19, at Hai Yen 2 quarter, Mong Cai 3 ward, the People's Committee of Mong Cai 3 ward chaired the implementation of a plan to protect the construction site of the infrastructure project for the planned relocation of businesses affected by the Ninh Duong New Urban Area project. This is a project related to the land area belonging to Ninh Duong and Hai Yen wards of Mong Cai city in the past.

Based on the approved plan for land plots No. 34, 66 and 67 on the GPMB map No. 02, the functional forces and the Mong Cai 3 ward government organized to protect the construction, and at the same time supported the movement of all people and assets out of the area within the land clearance boundary. The implementation process was carried out in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring security, order and safety for people and the task force.

The organization of construction site protection aims to facilitate the acceleration of infrastructure construction in the planning area to serve the relocation of businesses affected by the Ninh Duong New Urban Area project. This is also an important step to help the locality soon complete the clean land fund, meeting the requirements for implementing the next items of the project.

The functional forces and the authorities of Mong Cai 3 ward have organized the demolition of the construction according to the approved plan for land plots number 34, 66 and 67 on GPMB map sheet number 02.

This activity contributes to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of land in Mong Cai 3 ward; at the same time, promoting the progress of public investment projects, striving to complete the local capital disbursement plan for 2025.
