The urban area of million-dollar villas in Duong Noi is rarely inhabited and is rented out. Meanwhile, the basements of some houses are flooded due to heavy rain and cannot drain in time.
Duong Noi urban area (Ha Dong, Hanoi) has emerged in recent years as one of the areas with many million-dollar villas.
Duong Noi is a large project in the West of Hanoi invested by Nam Cuong Group. This place is planned in sync with Bach Hop Thuy Lake of 12 hectares and Aeon Mall Ha Dong Commercial Center.
The project started in 2008 with an initial investment of VND7,642 billion, but there are still some areas that have not been constructed or are in the process of being completed. Although the infrastructure, landscape, roads, and lighting systems are almost complete, the number of residents moving in is still quite sparse.
Recently, due to heavy rain and floods, some basements of the villas were flooded.

According to research, to own a villa in Duong Noi urban area, buyers must pay from 110 to 140 million VND per square meter, which means each villa here is worth from 10 billion VND or more. There are even villas of several hundred square meters, the price can be up to tens of billions of VND.
Many villas are uninhabited so they are covered with thick dust and leaves.
The sidewalks in the urban area are very spacious and have many trees.
Convenient transportation with many large roads.
With so many advantages, the villas are still closed and quiet.
Some apartments have signs for sale and rent.
Inside, the rough work has been completed.

The urban landscape is planted with many flowers.
Fire fighting equipment has been completed.
Recently, storm number 3 knocked down some glass windows in the villas.
The wind was so strong that these doors could not withstand it and have not been replaced yet.
In the villas, few people live there so the grass grows wild.
There are many villa buying and selling consulting points but not many people are interested.
