Traffic police force, Hai Duong City Police made a record of administrative violations against violators.

Previously, at 3:46 p.m. on January 1, while performing their duties, Hai Duong City Police discovered that Mr. NVT, born in 1993 in An Thuong Commune (Hai Duong City), was driving a car 15K-423.31 on Nguyen Luong Bang Street and did not comply with traffic light signals.
