Illegal mineral operators have used all means to exploit, transport, and trade minerals to gain high profits. In this situation, the District People's Committee has directed the district's functional branches to coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and towns to strengthen inspection and strictly handle illegal mineral operators. Strengthen the District Interdisciplinary Inspection Team to strengthen inspection of state management in the field of minerals and handle cases of illegal exploitation, transportation, storage, and consumption of minerals in the district. Launch peak periods to focus on inspecting and handling illegal mineral activities at hot spots, Son My, Tan Duc, Tan Xuan, Tan Phuc, and Thang Hai. Regularly inspect and supervise the mining activities of mineral mines licensed by the Provincial People's Committee. Thereby, detecting mines that violate the mining activities, advising the District People's Committee to transfer the files to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for handling according to regulations, such as: Ham Tan Mineral KTCB Joint Stock Company, Hoang Long Mineral Investment and Trading Company Limited, Tin Thanh Investment and Trading Company Limited, Tan Ha Investment Company Limited. At the same time, promote propaganda and dissemination of laws, raise people's awareness of the harmful effects of illegal mining and trading activities. Receive information and denunciations of violations of the law in mineral activities to advise timely handling in accordance with legal regulations. The district's interdisciplinary inspection team and the working groups at the commune and town levels have increased information exchange and coordinated synchronously to inspect and handle illegal mining, transportation, storage and consumption of minerals in the district and effectively organized peak periods of concentrated inspection and handling of mineral activities according to plan.
In addition, the District Department of Agriculture and Environment has advised the District People's Committee to direct the handling of illegal mineral exploitation cases and inspect and supervise mineral mines in complying with legal regulations. The District Department of Finance and Planning continues to review and post-inspecte common construction material trading locations in the district that do not comply with relevant regulations and take appropriate handling measures according to regulations. The People's Committees of communes and towns have proactively coordinated with the District Interdisciplinary Inspection Team to focus on inspecting, documenting, and handling violations in the field of land related to mineral activities according to their prescribed authority. Focus on inspecting and strictly handling the use of land for the wrong purpose at construction material trading locations and acts of land destruction.
