Two drowning incidents in one day left four students missing.

(Baoquangngai.vn)- Chairman of Mo Duc District People's Committee Pham Ngoc Lan confirmed that two tragic drowning incidents had just occurred in the area, causing 4 students to go missing while swimming in the sea.

At around 4:20 p.m. on May 1, a group of students went swimming in the sea in Tan Dinh village, Thang Loi commune (Mo Duc). Unfortunately, 4 students were swept away by the waves. Locals discovered and promptly rescued Dang Van Binh (born in 2009), a resident of village 4, Duc Nhuan commune.

However, the remaining 3 children are currently missing, including: Le Minh Khang (born in 2009) and his younger brother Le Bao Long (born in 2012), both residing in village 5, Duc Nhuan commune; Do Minh Thien (born in 2011), residing in Ba To town (Ba To).

Immediately after the incidents, the authorities of Mo Duc district urgently coordinated with local people to organize a search. However, due to the darkness, the search work encountered many difficulties.
