Celebrating Independence Day Viettel launches 5G29 combo package

To celebrate National Day September 2, Viettel launched the 5G29 package - only 29,000 VND, saving costs, meeting the need for high-speed data during the holiday.

For 29,000 VND, customers receive 12GB of data for 3 days (4GB/day), 80 minutes of domestic and international calls and 80 SMS along with preferential access to TV360, which brings together nearly 160 TV channels, movies, historical content and sports tournaments. In the jubilant atmosphere of National Day (from August 19 to September 2), Viettel doubles the data for the package - up to 24GB for 3 days (8GB/day), allowing customers to comfortably livestream, post stories or make video calls.

Recently, Viettel installed 1,700 new broadcasting stations. Viettel's 5G network will cover all parade and march locations as well as events celebrating National Day, serving the communication and internet access needs of people throughout the holiday.

At the same time, this is also the first time that Viettel engineers have used AI to predict the future. Based on data on event schedules, flight tickets, hotel rooms, posts, and social media likes, Viettel engineers have used AI models to predict the most crowded locations, "hot" times, and travel behavior. From there, network resources will be reasonably guaranteed.

X-Optimization (XO) system combined with AI helps optimize network quality according to customer behavior. The system continuously monitors the network and automatically makes adjustments in near real-time.

Every 5 minutes, AI will automatically adjust the coverage area, directing the signal to the right place where users are, reducing interference in neighboring areas. In addition, when the broadcasting stations show signs of overload, the system will immediately redirect users to neighboring stations.
