For data on the Ministry of Education and Training system: Data is entered by specialists at high schools and Departments of Education and Training in provinces and cities.

The school's admissions specialists perform the task of checking the data entered by candidates, the evidence uploaded by candidates with the data provided by the Ministry of Education and Training on the general admission system. Although there is support from technology, in reality, there are still sometimes errors. Therefore, the school believes that the cause of the above data discrepancy comes from human error in the process of entering data and reviewing and checking data. The error problem is not due to the systems and software of the Ministry of Education and Training or the school because the number of candidates with errors is not large.

The leaders of Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport said that they have set up a hotline for candidates and parents with admission results higher than the standard score to contact for timely support. Meanwhile, in the announcement on August 26, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University also stated that after announcing the benchmark scores on August 22, the school received a number of complaints from candidates about having results higher than the benchmark scores but not yet receiving admission notices from the school.

The school's admission principles have been announced through the admission plan and admission principles in the announcement of the threshold score to ensure input quality. For the majors of law, economic law, economic law (partial English), the total minimum admission score is 18 points (calculated on a 30-point scale).
