The Standing Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee said that it has led the consolidation and improvement of the team of leaders and managers and supplemented the Party Committees of some agencies, units, localities and Party organizations that are lacking (26 cases). Completed the review, supplementation and planning of leaders and managers for the terms 2020 - 2025, 2021 - 2026 and 2025 - 2030, 2026 - 2031.

The District Party Committee has issued directives, plans, and guidelines on organizing party congresses at all levels towards the 22nd District Party Congress (term 2025 - 2030); established subcommittees to serve the congress. In 2024, the district admitted 103/87 party members, reaching 118.39% of the target assigned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

In the economic sector, the structure of agriculture - construction industry - trade and services accounts for 15.03% - 39.81 - 45.16% respectively (plan 14.03% - 43.60% - 42.37%); average income per capita reaches 60 million VND/year; economic revenue in the area reaches more than 167.7 billion VND (up 40.5% compared to 2023). Up to now, Phu Ninh has achieved 5/9 criteria of an advanced new rural district and is expected to achieve 7 criteria by the end of 2024.

Based on the discussion, Phu Ninh District Party Committee agreed to propose 17 targets and 7 groups of tasks and solutions to implement in 2025. In particular, striving to achieve an average income per capita of 65 million VND; admitting 100 or more party members; more than 90% of grassroots party organizations and party members are assessed to have completed their tasks well or better, no grassroots party organizations fail to complete their tasks...
