In 2025, Dak Lak was assigned by the Government a growth target of 8%

In Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP dated February 5, 2025 on growth targets for industries, sectors and localities to ensure the national growth target in 2025 reaches 8% or more, Dak Lak province is assigned a growth target of 8%.

The 2025 growth target of the provinces in the Central Highlands region is assigned by the Government .

In the Central Highlands region, Dak Lak province was assigned a growth target of 8%, equal to Dak Nong and Gia Lai provinces; Kon Tum province was assigned the highest growth rate in the region at 10%, followed by Lam Dong province at 9%.

The Government assigned a double-digit GRDP growth target in 2025 to 16 provinces and cities. Of which, Bac Giang had the highest at 13.6%; Hai Phong 12.5%; Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh 12%; Thanh Hoa 11%; Da Nang, Binh Duong, Dong Nai 10%.

The Resolution clearly states that 2025 is of special importance, a year of acceleration, breakthrough, and finishing, the final year of implementing the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan 2021-2025, carrying out the revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus, holding Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and preparing and consolidating fundamental factors, creating a premise for our country to confidently enter a new era - the era of striving for strong, prosperous development of the nation, towards successfully implementing the goals of the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030.
