In 2024, the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee issued 1 resolution, 4 directives, 1 project, 36 plans, 2 programs, 2 regulations... in various fields to lead and direct implementation in the district.
The entire Nam Tra My district has admitted 102 party members, reaching 107.4% of the target assigned by the Provincial Party Committee; in addition, it opened a party training class for 162 people, and political theory training for new party members for 99 probationary party members...
Trained and sent 101 workers to work abroad for a limited period, provided vocational training for 454 people, and 621 workers were newly employed. Along with promoting economic development models, effectively maintaining the model of "3 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers helping 1 poor household escape poverty", the number of poor households has been reduced by 484 to 2,480 households (a rate of more than 29%).
Cultural and artistic activities were promoted, successfully organizing the 6th Ngoc Linh Ginseng Festival, organizing the pole-pole competition of 3 ethnic groups, and the mass art festival program of communes building new rural areas...
The targets not achieved in 2024 are concreting rural traffic (50%), the number of communes meeting more than 10 new rural criteria (80%), cultural and sports centers meeting standards (50%) and grassroots party organizations completing their tasks or more (95%).
