Improve the quality of provision and effective use of online public services

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung has just signed Official Dispatch 624/UBND-TH directing the implementation of Decision 1588/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the project "Propaganda, dissemination, and improvement of the quality of providing and effectively using online public services by 2025, with a vision to 2030".

Support citizens to perform public services online

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to urgently disseminate and thoroughly understand the content, role and significance of the project. Introduce and provide information on good models, good practices, typical examples and valuable initiatives in the process of implementing online public services for widespread dissemination among the people.

The Department of Science and Technology is responsible for synthesizing and advising the Provincial People's Committee to send to the Ministry of Science and Technology for synthesis and dissemination. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is responsible for implementing tasks on improving the quality of online public service provision, contributing to the rapid implementation of the national digital transformation process. Propagating, disseminating, raising awareness, popularizing knowledge and skills in using online public services through mass media, social media; through grassroots information systems; at educational institutions.

Thereby, all citizens are provided with information, guidance, support, and universal knowledge and skills in using online public services, so that they can use online public services conveniently and quickly, meeting the needs of personalization. At the same time, actively participate and provide feedback so that state agencies can improve the quality of providing online public services.
