(TN&MT) - To improve the efficiency of land resource management and exploitation, Resolution 18 of the Central Committee has a policy to abolish the land price framework. To ensure the feasibility of this provision, the draft Land Law has added a provision on continuing to use the current land price list until December 31, 2025, after which the land price list will be issued annually instead of every 5 years as at present. This is considered a breakthrough in realizing the principle of land valuation close to market prices, avoiding the case of buying and selling real estate at two prices that has existed for a long time.
