Second working day of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee

On October 7, in Hanoi, the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee continued its second working day.

In the morning, the Party Central Committee worked at the Hall , discussing the contents discussed in the group on October 6, including: Draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party; expected time, content and program of the 14th Party Congress; Draft Working Regulations of the 14th Party Congress and Election Regulations at the 14th Party Congress.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, on behalf of the Politburo chaired the Conference.

Next, the Party Central Committee worked in groups, discussing 3 contents: ( i ) Report on the implementation of the 2025 socio -economic development plan, the projected 2026 socio-economic development plan. (ii) Report on the assessment of the implementation of the 2025 State budget, the 2026 State budget estimate and the 3-year national financial and budget plan for 2026-2028. (iii) The 5-year national financial plan for the period 2026-2030.

In the afternoon, the Party Central Committee worked in the Hall, discussing the contents discussed by the Central Committee in the morning. Comrade Pham Minh Chinh , Politburo member and Prime Minister, chaired the Conference on behalf of the Politburo.

The Politburo met to give opinions on receiving and explaining the discussion opinions of the Party Central Committee at the Conference.
