Vietnam National Ancestor Day Global 2025 - Commemoration of the death anniversary and honoring the descendants of King Hung globally

The program of Vietnam's Global National Ancestor Day - Ancestor Commemoration Ceremony and Honoring the Descendants of Hung Kings Worldwide in 2025 took place live and online at 6:00 p.m. (Vietnam time and 1:00 p.m. European time) on April 7 (ie March 10 of the lunar calendar) in 28 countries and territories.

The Global Vietnam National Day Project was established in 2015 by a number of scientists, intellectuals, and leaders of overseas Vietnamese associations from 7 countries. Up to now, the Project Board has nearly 100 scientists, intellectuals, cultural figures, politicians, diplomats , writers, journalists, leaders of overseas Vietnamese communities, businessmen, ambassadors, and emissaries from 30 countries around the world.

This year's program has the theme "Preserving and promoting Vietnamese cultural values ​​in the new era of national development". The 2025 Hung King's death anniversary and global honoring of descendants will have many activities such as: Coordinating with the Ho Chi Minh Institute, Saint Petersburg State University and the Vietnamese community in Saint Petersburg (Russian Federation) to organize an international conference titled "Preserving and promoting Vietnamese cultural values ​​in the new era of national development" and offering incense in countries where the Project Board has installed the statue of King Hung.

The program will be broadcast live on the Facebook platforms of the Project Board and overseas Vietnamese around the world. This is a cultural event of special significance, not only for the Vietnamese community living, studying and working abroad but also contributing to promoting the peaceful friendship between Vietnam and international friends.
