To serve the online conference, the whole Nghe An province has arranged 592 connecting points with nearly 29 thousand delegates summoned, of which 1 connecting point is at the provincial level, 37 connecting points are organized at the district party committees, city party committees, party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations; in communes, wards and towns there are more than 550 connecting points.

Regulation No. 144 of the Politburo has 5 articles specifically regulating the revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period. These are important standards for every cadre and party member, from strategic and high-level cadres to grassroots cadres to seriously implement; at the same time, they are the basis for assessing the qualities, personality, attitude and behavior of cadres and party members; they are an example for every cadre and party member, especially those holding positions, to self-reflect, self-correct and self-train; they are the basis for Party committees at all levels to select and supplement virtuous and talented party members... with enough heart and capacity to carry out revolutionary tasks in the current context and situation.

Regarding Directive No. 35, this is an extremely important document, clearly orienting the viewpoints, principles, goals, requirements and basic contents of preparing for party congresses at all levels so that party committees and organizations at all levels can thoroughly grasp, lead, direct, concretize and organize implementation at their level; ensuring synchronization and unity throughout the entire political system. In particular, the Politburo sets out 7 requirements for the preparation and implementation of party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

In his speech directing and concluding the conference, Comrade Luong Cuong, Standing member of the Secretariat, requested to seriously and effectively implement Regulation No. 144 and Directive No. 35, creating a clear change in awareness and action throughout the Party and political system, increasing consensus in society and among the people.
