
Many diners come to visit and eat at the food stalls.
The culinary space has about 20 stalls of small traders in the province participating in selling delicious crab dishes such as: crab noodle soup, steamed crab, tamarind crab, crab bread, crab pancakes and many other specialties with reasonable prices from a few dozen to a few hundred thousand VND depending on the dish. In addition, diners can also buy live crabs to cook themselves.

In addition to the culinary space, the program promoting delicious crab dishes by chef groups also attracts diners. The main ingredients for preparing the dishes are Ca Mau crab combined with typical specialties of each region, creating attractive and new delicious dishes.
Over the 4 days of the promotion, there were about 100 crab dishes prepared by the chefs, elaborately, delicately and beautifully; many diners got to experience them for free.

Crab dessert is something many people are curious about when coming to the festival.
There are countless delicious dishes made from crabs and they have long been a specialty of the southernmost land of the country. Ca Mau people are very proud of the seafood that nature has bestowed; these local products are increasingly valued by many domestic and foreign diners, promising to bring the Ca Mau crab industry further in the near future.
