Training and improving professional skills for Youth Union officials of provincial Party agencies

On November 22, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial Party Agencies organized the 2nd training session on professional work of the Youth Union in 2025 according to the annual work program and direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies. The program aims to improve the capacity, skills and expertise of Youth Union cadres at affiliated units.

Attending the opening ceremony of the training course were representatives of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies and the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the provincial Party agencies.

The training course was attended by more than 100 Youth Union officials and members from affiliated Youth Union units.

The training content includes the following topics: Legal propaganda; identifying and preventing bad and toxic information on cyberspace; Youth Union work skills with a focus on teamwork skills and soft skills for union members.

Students also study the Resolutions of the Youth Union Congresses at all levels and the Resolutions of the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Party agencies, term I, 2025-2030; at the same time, they are instructed in news writing skills, articles and the application of artificial intelligence in propaganda work.

Speaking at the program, comrade Tran Quang Hoa - representative of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies acknowledged the practical significance of the training course in consolidating theory, improving skills and fostering political mettle for the Youth Union cadres. In the context of digital transformation, international integration and increasing requirements for ideological work, Youth Union cadres must proactively improve their expertise, soft skills, and ability to orient youth; at the same time, strengthen the identification and fight against bad and toxic information on cyberspace.

He requested the Youth Union cadres to promote the spirit of responsibility, pioneering and being exemplary in performing their tasks; proactively advising the Party Committee, organizing in-depth activities, suitable to the characteristics of each agency and unit. Thereby, contributing to good preparation for important political activities in 2025 and the following years.

Through the program, the trainees demonstrated a sense of responsibility, actively participated in learning, practicing, and absorbing the topics. The training course created conditions for union officials to exchange experiences, consolidate skills and improve the effectiveness of union work at the grassroots level, contributing to building an increasingly strong union organization in the provincial Party agencies.

Within the framework of the program, in the afternoon of the same day, the training class organized practical activities in Dai Dong commune. The activities aimed to create conditions for union cadres to learn about the grassroots situation and practice the training contents. At the same time, it helped trainees strengthen their skills in organizing movements and improve the effectiveness of implementing tasks at the unit.
