Closing ceremony of 2 classes on Party Awareness Training

The Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment continues to promote political education and awareness training for outstanding people towards Party admission.

On the morning of November 7, at the Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment held the Closing Ceremony of 2 Party Awareness Training classes in 2025 for 470 outstanding people from affiliated party organizations.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Phan Thanh Cong, member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Ministry; comrade Vu Thi Phuong Lan, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Ministry; comrade Vu Danh Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Party Committee Inspection Committee of the School, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment; comrade Pham Quang Phuong, Deputy Director of the Center for Cadre Training, Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment, along with teachers and all students of the two classes.

Two Party awareness training courses were held in October 2025 (the first course from October 13-17, 2025 with 228 students and the second course from October 20-24, 2025 with 242 students). During the course, students studied 5 topics according to the standard program prescribed by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, including: Overview of the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; Platform for national construction during the transition period to socialism; basic content of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; striving to become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

In addition, students also listened to the additional topic "Functions and tasks of the Agriculture and Environment sector in the current period", helping students better understand the role and position of the sector in the cause of socio-economic development, resource and environmental protection and climate change response.

Along with the in-class program, students participated in the extracurricular activity “Journey to the Source” at President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, offering flowers, visiting Uncle Ho at the Mausoleum, visiting the Stilt House, the fish pond, and the Presidential Palace Relic Site. These activities helped students foster revolutionary sentiment, national pride, and a sense of responsibility among the young generation in studying, training, and striving to join the Party.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, comrade Phan Thanh Cong, member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Ministry, praised the students' serious learning spirit and training awareness; at the same time, emphasized the special significance of today, November 7 - the 108th anniversary of the Russian October Revolution (1917 - 2025), a great historical event that opened a new era for humanity, affirming the lasting vitality of the proletarian revolutionary ideal and the path to socialism that our people have chosen.

He expressed his appreciation for the proactive and responsible cooperation of the Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment in preparing facilities, organizing teaching and managing classes. At the same time, he emphasized that the University has made many efforts in discovering, nurturing and introducing outstanding people to the Party, thereby actively contributing to the development of new Party members of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

On behalf of the class, student Vu Hoang Giang - Party Cell of the Land Data and Information Center, Party Committee of the Department of Land Management expressed his honor and pride to attend the course to foster awareness of the Party, thanked the attention and direction of the Party Committee of the Ministry, Party committees at all levels and the responsible teaching of teachers, and the enthusiastic support of the School; at the same time promised to continue to practice and strive in studying, working and living, soon qualified to stand in the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The closing ceremony took place in a solemn and meaningful atmosphere, associated with the emulation movement to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the tradition of the Agriculture and Environment sector (November 14, 1945 - November 14, 2025). This is an opportunity for the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to continue to affirm its role and responsibility in training and fostering source cadres, improving the quality of future party members, contributing to the successful implementation of the Ministry's political tasks in the new period.
