Join hands and unite to build a green and prosperous Dong Nai

On November 7, at the Provincial Conference Center, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province, term 2025 - 2030 continued its second working day and closed.

In her opening speech, Ms. Huynh Thi Hang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province said: The Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province, term 2025 - 2030 is an important political and social event, taking place in the context of Dong Nai and the whole country implementing the 2-level local government model, at the same time, merging political - social organizations and mass associations under the Front, creating a new shift in the organization and operation method of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province.

This is a special milestone, forming a streamlined model, operating effectively and efficiently; inheriting potentials and positions, promoting the strength of national solidarity, affirming the vision of innovation, creativity and development aspirations. With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Efficiency", the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province is determined to accompany the Party Committee, government and people to build Dong Nai province to develop, worthy of its stature and position in the new era, the era of national growth.

During the 2024 - 2029 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province launched many exciting and practical emulation movements such as: The movement "Solidarity, creativity, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, international integration" deployed in 100% of units, arousing potential, intelligence, and creativity in work, study, and scientific research, making an important contribution to socio- economic development. Welcoming the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, Dong Nai has implemented 933 projects and works worth more than 105 billion VND to complete infrastructure and improve people's lives.

Dong Nai province also maintains 112 models of "Self-managed residential areas for environmental protection", along with activities of planting trees, cleaning, releasing fish to regenerate aquatic resources, attracting tens of thousands of participants, contributing to building a green - clean - beautiful environment. Many typical models have been replicated such as: growing GlobalGAP clean pepper, VietGAP rambutan, applying electronic diaries in production, contributing to modernizing agricultural production and increasing the value of local products. The whole province currently has 496 agricultural products achieving OCOP of 3 stars or more.

The Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province also discussed and agreed on the direction, targets and action program for the 2025 - 2030 term. Accordingly, inheriting the achievements in the Front's activities in the 2024 - 2029 period, promoting the core political role and responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in building the great national unity bloc, the Congress agreed on the main targets of the term.

Of which, 100% of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have built electronic information pages (websites) and effectively carried out propaganda work on digital platforms; 100% of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at provincial and communal levels have deployed the "Digital Front Portal" to receive petitions 24/7. Of which, the provincial level has deployed at least 1 key digital transformation project in the activities of the Front - mass organizations, and put it into effective operation.

Every year, strive to have over 85% of residential areas achieve the title of "Cultural Residential Area"; 100% of the Front Work Committees in the whole province have at least 1 project or part of the work contributing to building a bright, green, clean, beautiful, secure, safe, prosperous and happy residential area; by the end of the term, strive for 100% of residential areas to have self-management groups or self-management models that operate effectively. Every year, mobilize the Fund for the Poor to reach an average of at least 65 billion VND/year; strive to support the construction and repair of at least 5,000 Great Solidarity houses throughout the term.

The Congress also consulted and elected 117 outstanding representatives with good moral qualities and working capacity to participate in the first term of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, term 2025 - 2030 in the spirit of expanding the great national unity bloc and enhancing the comprehensiveness, representativeness, typicality and practicality in the activities of the Front; at the same time, consulted and elected 16 outstanding delegates and 11 ex-officio delegates of Dong Nai province to attend the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031.

At the end of the Congress, Ms. Huynh Thi Hang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province emphasized: The task of each delegate attending the Congress today is to organize the implementation of the Congress Resolution in order to promote internal strength to successfully complete the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Front, term 2025 - 2030, which sets out: "Promoting the core political role, the strength of great national unity, strongly arousing the will of self-reliance, self-improvement, innovation, creativity, the desire to contribute, join hands and unite to build Dong Nai province to develop green, rich, civilized and modern".
