Establishing working groups to direct and promote growth in sectors and fields to implement the 2024 Economic Development Plan of Nghe An province according to the proposed growth scenario.
The working groups are under the direct direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and are responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for performing assigned tasks.
The heads of the working groups shall direct the implementation of the development of a specific Action Plan for the group in 2024, associated with the list of products (for industrial products, there must be specific factory addresses), areas requiring inspection, urging, support to remove difficulties and obstacles, and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Planning and Investment) before February 20, 2024.
Direct, urge and inspect the directors of relevant departments, branches and sectors and the chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns in implementing the main tasks and solutions set out in Decision No. 152/QD-UBND dated January 18, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the main tasks and solutions to implement the Socio-Economic Development Plan and State budget estimates for 2024.
Direct, urge and inspect directors of relevant departments, branches and sectors and chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to review and develop specific growth scenarios for each industry, each field and each key product, in which, clearly define targets, tasks, solutions, assign specific directions to promote growth, strive to complete the goals and targets approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
Quarterly, the working groups closely coordinate with the General Statistics Office, relevant departments, branches and units to update implementation data according to the actual situation, propose growth scenarios for the following quarters for the assigned sectors and fields to recommend and propose measures and solutions to focus on directing and operating to ensure the completion of the set annual targets; report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (through the Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Planning and Investment).
Assign the Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns as members of working groups based on the local situation to build and establish local working groups to direct and urge the implementation of goals, targets and tasks; be responsible for synthesizing growth plans in the area, periodically reporting quarterly to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Planning and Investment).
Specifically the groups are as follows:
Group 1: Industrial sector
1. Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee: Head of the Team;
2. Mr. Pham Van Hoa - Director of Department of Industry and Trade: Deputy Head;
3. Representatives of leaders of departments and branches: Construction, Planning and Investment, Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, Department of Statistics; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns: Members.
Group 2: Public investment sector
1. Mr. Bui Thanh An - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee: Team Leader;
2. Mr. Pham Hong Quang - Director of Department of Planning and Investment: Deputy Head;
3. Representatives of leaders of departments and branches: Finance, Construction, Transport, Agriculture and Rural Development, Industry and Trade, Tourism, Health, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Culture and Sports, Education and Training, Science and Technology, Information and Communications, Provincial State Treasury, Ethnic Minorities Committee; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns: Members.
Group 3: State budget collection sector
1. Mr. Bui Thanh An - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee: Team Leader;
2. Mr. Trinh Thanh Hai, Director of the Department of Finance: Deputy Head;
3. Representatives of leaders of departments and branches: Tax Department, Customs Department, Provincial State Treasury, Natural Resources and Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development, Industry and Trade, Health, Tourism, Construction; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns: Members.
Group 4: Agriculture and rural areas
1. Mr. Nguyen Van De - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee: Team Leader;

Group 5: Service sector
