Holding Tan's portrait to receive the award, Mr. Thai Van Mui emotionally shared about his son who unfortunately passed away at a very young age.

“My son was very passionate about journalism. Because I worked far away, I didn’t talk to him much, which is something I regret. Only when he passed away did I take the time to look through his phone. Only then did I see the text messages my son confided in his teacher during his last days,” said Mr. Mui.

Mr. Mui also expressed his hope that young people will study hard and strive to become good people for society.

Journalist To Dinh Tuan - Editor-in-Chief of Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper - said that Tan's article "Diligently sowing love" has created a great spread of teacher-student affection, the tradition of respecting teachers, and examples of teachers who stay in school day and night, devoted to their profession.

"Whether working in remote areas, rural areas or cities, whether working ateducational institutions or shelters, open houses, charity classes... the team of teachers depicted in the contest entries all leave a deep impression, many of the articles are very realistic and touching," Mr. Tuan added.

Based on the preliminary results from 45 published articles, 20 finalists were selected. After review, the Organizing Committee of the contest agreed to award prizes to the following authors and works:
