According to initial information, at around 4:00 p.m. on May 18, a truck (driver's identity unknown) was traveling on the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi expressway in the South - North direction.

While moving to Ngoc Son village, Thach Ngoc commune, Thach Ha district, the truck suddenly lost control, crashed and damaged dozens of meters of the guardrail of the expressway section Bai Vot - Ham Nghi, then overturned onto the negative slope.

Fortunately, the traffic accident did not cause any casualties but caused the truck to be severely damaged, with many large sacks of goods (mainly rice husks) spilling out of the truck.
At the time of the accident, it was raining heavily in Ngoc Son village and the road was slippery.
Immediately after learning about the accident, more than 100 people from Ngoc Son village, Dong Chau village and several other villages in Thach Ngoc commune quickly went to the scene to help the truck driver collect, load, and transport the sacks of goods to a neat gathering place.

After that, the carrier mobilized other vehicles to load and unload the goods to continue the journey.
Authorities and relevant units also arrived at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
