Hung Yen Cheo Theater: 1 collective and 2 individuals received the Dao Tan Award in 2023
The 2023 Dao Tan Award honored 15 groups and individuals, including 3 professional art units. Hung Yen Cheo Theater received the Outstanding Play award for the play “The Unjust Chess Game”. Artist Nguyen Tien Tung (as Trong Ky) and artist Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong (as Nhi Khanh) received the Outstanding Artist award.

This is the first time that Hung Yen province has had a collective and individual receive the Dao Tan Award - an award honoring collectives and individuals with outstanding works in theater, literature, painting, and music , actively contributing to the country's integration and exchange, preserving and promoting traditional cultural and artistic values.
