On the night of June 22, heavy rain gradually narrowed in scope, with the Viet Bac and Northwest regions experiencing moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with rainfall ranging from 20-40mm, in some places over 80mm.

The risk of localized heavy rain, with rainfall of over 100mm in just 3 hours, increases the possibility of flash floods, landslides and urban flooding.

In addition, on the night of June 21 and June 22, there will be localized heavy rain in the Northern Delta, with forecasted rainfall of over 50mm.

In the afternoon and evening of June 21, the Southern Central Highlands and the South will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with common rainfall of 20-40mm, some places over 80mm. The Northern Central Highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain, rainfall from 10-30mm, some places over 60mm. Rain will be concentrated in the afternoon and evening.

In the coming hours, there is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes in many districts in the North and Hue City.
