Specifically, episode 2 of Rap Viet season 3 has become a controversial topic among the audience recently.

Because in addition to the well-rated performances, there are many cases where contestants have basic knowledge errors, making many people feel confused and doubt the program's censorship before it airs.

Rap Viet was criticized for a series of contestants with serious knowledge errors. The most controversial performance was that of Dubbie (Khuong Le). After his performance, he was chosen by 3 coaches and received 96% of the votes from the audience at the studio.

The reason for this controversial performance, besides the fact that the studio audience favored the male rapper's appearance, was that the theater performance was based on the song "We Are Freezing Together" by Tien Cookie, but was criticized for the lyrics not matching the song's theme.

The rap song has controversial content with many offensive words. In particular, the song mentions a Vietnamese historical figure with a false and ignorant meaning.

Afterwards, instead of speaking up to explain and apologize, the show's producer quietly cut out the sensitive words in the rapper's performance but did not respond. Khuong Le has not spoken up since the incident.

On social networks, many people expressed concern about the knowledge of Rap Viet contestants, and criticized the organizers for their lack of responsibility in editing and censorship.

The audience commented that the crew's censorship and editing of lyrics and content were too careless, leading to lyrics that disrespected historical figures in the contestants' performances.

Meanwhile, rapper Dubbie faced a wave of strong criticism. Many people believed that the rapper's expression of personality through music but with incorrect knowledge and somewhat disrespect caused the audience to turn their backs on rap.

On June 9, reporters contacted the Rap Viet program to find out the situation. However, the program said they would remain silent and would respond after receiving official information.

Currently, the noise of Vietnamese rap is in the top 2 searches of Vietnamese audiences.
