The median employee income of these 10 real estate companies is calculated to be around VND211 million in 2022. According to statistical theory, the median is used instead of the average value and is less affected by unusually different figures.

For the insurance industry, the employee costs of businesses in this industry are also quite diverse.

For example, in 2022, Manulife Vietnam Company spent up to 1,133 billion VND. Divided by the average number of employees of about 1,076 people, the average income per person last year was about 1.05 billion VND. The highest level among insurance companies.

Following that are employees of Prudential Vietnam Insurance Company and AIA Vietnam Insurance Company with income from 900 to 950 million VND in 2022.

According to Dan Tri 's survey of 11 insurance companies listed on the stock exchange, employee income is not as high as the foreign units mentioned above.
