Many positive results in the development of voluntary social insurance and family health insurance participants

On the morning of June 13, at the hall of the Social Insurance (SI) Region XXIX in Tay Ninh, a conference was held to evaluate the development of voluntary social insurance and family health insurance participants at collection service organizations in Tay Ninh province in the first 5 months of 2025.

Mr. Vo Van Thao - Deputy Director of Social Insurance Region XXIX chaired the conference. Attending were representatives of the Provincial Post Office , districts, towns, cities; Social Insurance of districts, towns, cities, and collection service organizations in the region.

Delegates discussed and proposed solutions to regional Social Insurance leaders on shortcomings in the process of mobilizing people to participate in voluntary social insurance and health insurance.

In the first 5 months of 2025, the work of developing voluntary social insurance and family health insurance participants in Tay Ninh province has achieved many positive results. Some units exceeded the family health insurance target such as: Tay Ninh Entrepreneurs Joint Stock Company, Thanh Vu TH Service Company Limited, Tu Tru An Sinh Company Limited , Khue Hung An Sinh Company Limited.

Service organizations proactively send employees to participate in all training courses, improve their professional skills, and contribute to standardizing skills in performing tasks. A large number of collection staff, along with a widely distributed network of collection points, have created favorable conditions for accessing and supporting people to participate in social insurance and health insurance.

In addition to the above achievements, there are still certain limitations. The completion rate of the target of developing voluntary social insurance participants of many service organizations is still low, the whole province only reached 28.84% of the assigned plan.

The conference listened to reports and shared experiences of some units and organizations with effective operations. Some delegates discussed and raised difficulties, obstacles and shortcomings in the process of mobilizing people to participate in social insurance and health insurance; the process of collecting and processing records of collection staff; and proposed solutions to the leaders of regional social insurance.

Reward service organizations that exceed their targets.

The conference deployed directions and tasks for the last 7 months of 2025 and rewarded service organizations that exceeded their revenue targets.
