In the coming year, cuisine will be an important criterion that Vietnamese people pay attention to when traveling. 94% of respondents said that they want to explore and enjoy local cuisine at the place they visit.

The increasingly hot weather due to the impact of climate change also contributes to the promotion of Vietnamese tourists to seek and prioritize locations with low temperatures. They also say that traveling is an opportunity to be true to their personality, to be more conscious and responsible for the environment through choosing sustainable vacations. Vietnamese people also want to experience more adventure, such as traveling without prior planning, and are willing to stay with strangers.
