According to records, prolonged heavy rain has flooded Provincial Road 677, the border section between Dak Pxi and Dak Long communes (Dak Ha district, Kon Tum province), making it impossible for vehicles to pass.
Faced with that situation, the People's Committee of Dak Pxi commune instructed people to move along another route to ensure safety.
