According to some traders at Dong Ngo Quyen, Thanh Binh, Hoi Do markets... (Hai Duong city), the amount of peony grapes circulating through the markets has increased 7-8 times compared to previous years. Some stores sell from 20-50 kg/day, priced from 80,000 - 120,000 VND/kg. Online, peony grapes are sold at cheaper prices, from 50,000 - 60,000 VND/kg, or from 250,000 - 300,000/box of 5-6 kg.

According to some gardeners in Hai Duong and sellers, grapes are mainly imported from China in large quantities so the selling price is cheap. Peony grapes grown in Hai Duong cost from 150,000 - 250,000 VND/kg and are sold in the garden or in supermarkets and restaurants.

Peony grapes grown in Korea in 2006 are of high quality and delicious, so they are very expensive, from 5 to 6 million VND/kg. When this grape variety was grown in many places, the price dropped sharply.
