(Hai Duong city), the amount of peony grapes circulating through the markets has increased 7-8 times compared to previous years. Some stores sell 20-50 kg/day, priced from 80,000 - 120,000 VND/kg. Online, peony grapes are advertised for sale at cheaper prices, from 50,000 - 60,000 VND/kg, or from 250,000 - 300,000 VND/box of 5-6 kg.

According to some gardeners in Hai Duong and sellers, grapes are mainly imported from China in large quantities so the selling price is cheap. Peony grapes grown in Hai Duong cost a high price of 150,000 - 250,000 VND/kg and are sold in the garden or in supermarkets and restaurants.

Peony grapes grown in Korea in 2006, have high quality, delicious taste so the price is very high, from 5 - 6 million VND/kg. When this grape variety is grown in many places, the price has dropped sharply.
