In its 10th edition, K-pop Lovers Festival 2023 ( organized by the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam with the accompaniment of the Korea Tourism Organization in Vietnam) attracted tens of thousands of attendees.
At the festival (taking place on May 13 at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, walking street, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi city center), K-pop fans can experience many activities such as dancing, displaying K-pop albums and images, trying on hanbok, playing traditional Korean games, learning about Korean tourism, improvising Korean street dance, practicing K-pop dance with famous Korean choreographer Back Koo Young. The most prominent are the K-pop singing and dancing contest and the qualifying round of the K-pop Cover Dance Festival in Vietnam.
A large audience immersed themselves in the K-pop space to experience Korean culture and enjoy performances by Korean choreographer Back Koo Young (member of the Jury), singer Duong Hoang Yen (member of the Jury) and singer Duc Phuc with popular Korean-Vietnamese songs.
Result:
- First prize singing: Nguyen Hong Phuc (Hanoi); Second prize singing: Huynh Thi My Loan (HCMC); Third prize singing: Danny Linh Dan (Hanoi).
Ms. Oh Young Ju, Korean Ambassador to Vietnam, awarded first prize in singing to Nguyen Hong Phuc.
- First prize in dance: Unwreckable dance group of 9 boys from Ho Chi Minh City; Second prize in dance: 0107 Crew dance group and third prize in dance: The A-code dance group (Hanoi).

Tens of thousands of audiences in the capital of all ages joined the K-pop space to experience Korean culture and enjoy performances by Korean choreographer Back Koo Young (member of the jury), singer Duong Hoang Yen (member of the jury) and male singer Duc Phuc with popular Korean-Vietnamese songs.
