According to the assessment of the National Public Service Portal on the implementation of the People and Business Service Index of provinces and cities, calculated on 5 criteria. Tuyen Quang province achieved 79.1 points, ranking 5th nationwide. Specifically: Publicity and transparency index reached 9.9 points; file processing progress reached 19.1 points; online public services reached 8.1 points; satisfaction level reached 18 points and file digitization index reached 13.6 points.
This result reflects the province's efforts in improving the quality of administrative procedures and providing online public services, meeting the requirements of the new government model.

Notably, after more than 1 month of implementing the new government model, the whole province has received over 31,800 records with 98.2% of records being resolved on time and before the deadline. On average, each day, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center at 2 facilities supports about 200 - 250 people coming to resolve administrative procedures.
At the commune level, each commune receives an average of 20-25 visits per day. This is an important premise for Tuyen Quang to strive to build an open, transparent, modern and professional administration.
