Indian couples and hundreds of friends and relatives 'flock' to Da Nang for wedding

Since the beginning of the year, Da Nang City has welcomed 3 Indian tourist couples and thousands of relatives and friends to Da Nang City to hold weddings, gradually affirming the attraction of the city's wedding tourism development strategy.
According to the Danang Department of Tourism, the latest Indian wedding held in Danang (Danang Marriot Resort and Spa) took place from February 29 to March 2, with the couple being bride Heena Paryani and groom Bhisham Ramchandani.

Previously, bride Kulvin Kaur and groom Dilip Bhagwan also chose Da Nang City (Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa) to hold their wedding from February 2 to 4.

Both couples are Indians, currently living and working in Singapore and the Philippines. They have in common the desire to hold a traditional Indian wedding with many rituals and grand wedding ceremonies. The two weddings brought a total of more than 400 guests. In Da Nang City, 2 5-star hotels and resorts provided more than 650 room nights for these 2 weddings.

Previously, from January 19 to 21, bride Kashmera and groom Inderdeep (Indian nationality) also brought nearly 500 guests to the Sheraton Grand Danang Resort to hold a grand wedding. The organizer of this Indian wedding is Dated Luxury Weddings Consulting and Event Organization Company Limited. Mr. Dhinesh Rajarathinam, CEO of the company, said that in 2024, the company is trying to bring 6-8 Indian couples to hold weddings in Da Nang City. So far, in the first quarter alone, 5 couples have booked. The company strives to bring a total of about 20 international weddings to Da Nang City, out of 30 couples that the company is consulting on wedding organization.
